Skin Care Consultations

Our Registered Nurse offers comprehensive skin care evaluations. She will discuss skin conditions or problems that you may have and will recommend products and treatments to help you achieve the result that you desire.

 

Laser

We use the Laserscope Gemini Laser for facial and leg vein treatments, PhotoFacial, red or brown spot removal, and treatment of acne and acne related scars.  The Lumenis Lightsheer is used for laser hair removal.

 

Microdermabrasion

This treatment is effective in reducing fine lines, crow's feet, age spots and acne scars. It is usually performed on the face and neck, but can be performed on any part of the body (such as the back of the hands). It stimulates the production of skin cells and collagen. Skin is softer and smoother to the touch and has a fresh, healthy glow. For optimal results, a series of treatments are recommended.

 

Signature Facial

The Signature Facial includes a customized peel, mask, extractions and face and shoulder massage.

 

Spa Microdermabrasion

A microdermabrasion treatment with a face and shoulder massage.

 

Glycolic Peels

This superficial peel is fruit-acid derived and exfoliates dead cells, a process that already occurs naturally but slows down with age and sun damage. When these cells become stacked up, they can make skin look dull and lead to blocked pores and breakouts. Also, studies have shown that continued use of glycolic exfoliation might speed up cell turnover and stimulate the production of collagen (the protein fiber that keeps skin from sagging and wrinkling). Glycolic peels can be performed safely on practically all skin types.
